Cisco Kid Lawn Service came highly recommended so I gave him a call and within 24 hours he came by and gave me an estimate. I called a couple of other companies but his company was the only one to respond that quickly. I had one huge oak tree that needed to be taken down and several other big limbs overhanging my roof that needed trimming. Although the tree was within 10 feet of my home Cisco explained how the tree and limbs would be taken down and that no damage would happen to my home. He also talked about the safety precautions he puts in place to protect his employees and showed me his multi million dollar insurance policy that protects me in the unlikely event of an accident by one of his employees or damage to my home. He also showed me his city permit which let me know he is in good standing with the City of Tega Cay. His crew was professional, courteous and completed their work ahead of schedule. Cisco was very attentive and answered calls immediately or called back immediately. He was the only person I talked with that had a vision for our backyard. He got to work quickly and got the job done quick and also great quality. He continues to check in to make sure all is okay. He also set everything up for our fence, whereas other companies wanted me to work with several parts of their company that never got in touch with me. So I contacted Cisco, he came out to provide a quote and assured me that I would be a happy customer. Thursday came, Cisco & his “A Team” showed up & after a brief review of what scheduled, they hit it! And boy did they! Saw bodies moving and leaves flying all over the place. The transformation was incredible as each minute passed! It showed this team had worked together previously because they coordinated & collaborated their efforts with a nod of the head. Francisco and his team did a phenomenal job on my daughters house. She just bought her first house and the previous owners were elderly and the landscaping was overgrown and desperately needed to be cut back. Not only did they trim all of the bushes and trees but they cleared out the broken pots and birdbaths, they raked and edged, it looked like a different house once they were done. Very, very happy with the work Cisco did in our yard. We had a large area that needed to be cleared of leaves, wood and debris as well as a couple trees to come down and a lot of debris to be removed from a deck that we took down. Cisco was very responsive, and came out within a couple days for a free consultation.They arrived on time for the project as promised, and got everything completed in one day, despite being many more trips to the dump than anticipated. Hurricane Helene brought our home a lot of damage. We had over 8 trees come down, on our home, garage and yard. The prices we were quoted by competitors were astronomical. Cisco and his team showed up and with in 3 days, safely, efficiently and politely took care of all of our tree debris and even safely brought down a few trees that were leaning in addition to the work we had hired them for, and all within a price we could afford! Cisco Kid Landscaping is by far one of the most professional and kind companies I have ever dealt with. I gave them a call when I needed some 50+ ft trees that were close to my home cut down and hauled off. Not only did they quote me the cheapest price, they gave me the most value. I had a total of 7 trees cut down. They scheduled the job within a couple of days. They got every tree down and hauled every log off. Here’s the kicker, they did extra. Even when I told them they could leave some of the logs on the property if they needed to they still went above and beyond and got every log up and cut down several more very large trees that had fallen from hurricane Helene without even asking them to. They raked my front yard, they cleaned everything up, they blew off my driveway and got all of the leaves out of my yard. It was if this was their home and they wanted it to look as best as possible. I HIGHLY recommend this company for anyone that needs yard work or tree work done. These guys are friendly and know what they are doing. We contact Cisco to help evaluate and replace some thinning sod in our yard. He was quick to reply to our initial inquiry and came out within 24 hrs to take a look at the yard and provide a quote for replacing the sod. He was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. After we agreed to the quote for both sod and mulch, his teams were very quick to come out and do the work. My driveway and retaining walls were in bad shape - after pressure wash- they look absolutely beautiful. He also trimmed trees and put down pine straw - now house is picture perfect.
